- 4 moulting crabs
- 2 eggs
- 100g wheat flour
- 50g of panko
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Defrost 4 molted crabs
- Then prepare the crabs by removing the ventral part and the gills using a pair of scissors.
- In a bowl, prepare the breading by mixing the wheat flour with the panko, salt and pepper
- In another bowl, beat two whole eggs to make the glue
- Place the crabs in the egg glue then in the breading. Dab off excess breading
- Heat a large volume of vegetable oil.
- When the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded molted crabs then fry on each side for about 2-3 minutes until you obtain a nice golden color
