Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

At Exostar, Delivery is made everywhere in mainland France (excluding islands and Corsica) and is provided by Chronofresh from Monday to Saturday, in controlled cold at -18°C.

2. Delivery cost

Exostar only accepts orders from 20€

3. Shipping and delivery times

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

After shipping, your order will be handled by Chronofresh, which undertakes to deliver it within 1 to 2 working days. You will then receive an email from Chronofresh containing your package number and the expected delivery date. You can track your package at any time by clicking on the link sent in this email.

In this same email, you can also change your delivery date or address before midnight if you are no longer available on the date indicated and/or at this address.
