Withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code and with regard to frozen products which cannot, by their nature, be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate quickly, the buyer does not have a withdrawal period provided for distance purchases of frozen products. Frozen products will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has, for only eligible products, a withdrawal period of 14 working days from taking charge of the products, to return them to Exostar (Exostar.fr) for exchange or refund, without penalty, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging. Damaged or incomplete items are not returned. Return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The return of the products must be accompanied by the invoice for the order on which the returned product(s) appeared. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 working days from the day the Exostar.fr is informed of the customer's request.

In the absence of respect by Exostar of the order confirmation obligation in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months from the day of receipt of the goods by the customer. If, within this period of 3 months, the confirmation by e-mail is delivered and the buyer has acknowledged receipt, the period of 14 days runs from said confirmation. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Exostar is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge.

As an exception, and in accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal can be exercised by the buyer for products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

For any order of perishable products validated and confirmed by Exostar, the buyer must pay the corresponding order amount under the conditions described herein without being able to benefit from the right of withdrawal.
