- 400g of matsukasa cuttlefish
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 100g wheat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili pepper (optional)
- 4 spring onions
- Vegetable oil
- Defrost the cuttlefish and dry them by dabbing excess water from the cuttlefish with absorbent paper.
- Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. of pepper on the cuttlefish and mix.
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and rice flour
- Flour each piece of cuttlefish
- Heat a large volume of vegetable oil and fry the cuttlefish for 2 to 3 minutes until you obtain a nice golden color.
- Peel and finely slice the garlic
- Carve a red pepper
- Remove the ends of the spring onions and slice
- In a pan, pour 1 tbsp. tbsp then brown the garlic, chilli and half of the chopped spring onions.
- Add the fried cuttlefish and fry for 5 minutes, then season with the remaining salt and pepper and add the rest of the spring onions.
