[Video recipe] Cuttlefish sautéed with salt and pepper

Ingredients for 2 people
  • 400g of matsukasa cuttlefish
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 100g wheat flour
  • 50g rice flour
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper (optional)
  • 4 spring onions
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. Defrost the cuttlefish and dry them by dabbing excess water from the cuttlefish with absorbent paper.
  2. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. of pepper on the cuttlefish and mix.
  3. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and rice flour
  4. Flour each piece of cuttlefish
  5. Heat a large volume of vegetable oil and fry the cuttlefish for 2 to 3 minutes until you obtain a nice golden color.
  6. Peel and finely slice the garlic
  7. Carve a red pepper
  8. Remove the ends of the spring onions and slice
  9. In a pan, pour 1 tbsp. tbsp then brown the garlic, chilli and half of the chopped spring onions.
  10. Add the fried cuttlefish and fry for 5 minutes, then season with the remaining salt and pepper and add the rest of the spring onions.
  11. Dress up
