Eel fillet sautéed by JiuVinum™

Here is his recipe for Sautéed Green Eel Fillet that he created with Boneless eelsExostar :

In French: 

Ingredients:

  • 400g eel fillets, cut into pieces
  • Marinade: 1 tablespoon of baijiu, 1 teaspoon of salt, 8 turns of white pepper 2 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • Sauce: 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce + 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Steps:

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients with the eel fillets, let sit for 30 minutes
  2. Heat the oil, add the garlic, sauté for 1 minute
  3. Add the eel, sauté until cooked
  4. Add the sauce, reduce the heat and reheat
  5. Serve on top of a bowl of rice
  6. Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy your food !
