In French:

Ingredients:

  • 400g of snails
  • 400 g braised bamboo shoots
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • Sauce: 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar

 

Steps:

  1. Heat oil, add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds
  2. Add the snails, brown for 1 minute
  3. Add the bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 1 minute
  4. Add the sauce, reheat
  5. Serve with white rice. Enjoy your food !
