[Video recipe] Crab masala

Ingredients for 2 people
  • 1kg of cut madagascar crabs 
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon of powdered chicken broth
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. curry masala
  • 1 tbsp. teaspoon of salt
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander

Preparation
  1. Defrost 1kg of cut Madagascar crabs
  2. Cut 2 spring onions by removing the ends
  3. Mix the chicken stock powder with 150 ml of hot water
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp. tbsp coconut oil and curry masala powder
  5. Then pour in the broth and mix
  6. Add the crab pieces then cover and let everything cook for 15 minutes
  7. Season with salt and add the sliced spring onions, pour in the juice of half a lime and the bunch of fresh coriander
  8. Let everything cook for an additional 5 minutes
  9. Dress
