- 1kg of cut madagascar crabs
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of powdered chicken broth
- 150 ml of water
- 1 tbsp. tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. curry masala
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of salt
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 lime
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander

Preparation
- Defrost 1kg of cut Madagascar crabs
- Cut 2 spring onions by removing the ends
- Mix the chicken stock powder with 150 ml of hot water
- In a frying pan over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp. tbsp coconut oil and curry masala powder
- Then pour in the broth and mix
- Add the crab pieces then cover and let everything cook for 15 minutes
- Season with salt and add the sliced spring onions, pour in the juice of half a lime and the bunch of fresh coriander
- Let everything cook for an additional 5 minutes
