In French:
Ingredients:
- 400g eel fillets, cut into pieces
- Marinade: 1 tablespoon of baijiu, 1 teaspoon of salt, 8 turns of white pepper 2 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of garlic
- Sauce: 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce + 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Steps:
- Mix the marinade ingredients with the eel fillets, let sit for 30 minutes
- Heat the oil, add the garlic, sauté for 1 minute
- Add the eel, sauté until cooked
- Add the sauce, reduce the heat and reheat
- Serve on top of a bowl of rice
- Sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy your food !
