In French:
Ingredients:
- 400g of snails
- 400 g braised bamboo shoots
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
- Sauce: 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar
Steps:
- Heat oil, add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds
- Add the snails, brown for 1 minute
- Add the bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add the sauce, reheat
- Serve with white rice. Enjoy your food !
