Imperial pâtés or spring rolls are small fried rolls made from pancakes or rice sheets stuffed with ground pork, shrimp, crab, chicken or vegetarian with vegetables. It can be accompanied by salad leaves and aromatic herbs, dipped in sweet and sour fish brine sauce. They can be enjoyed as a starter, as a main course with rice vermicelli or as an accompanying garnish like in the bo bun.
