1. Delivery area

At Exostar, Delivery is made everywhere in mainland France (excluding islands and Corsica) and is provided by Chronofresh from Monday to Saturday, in controlled cold of -18°C.

2. Delivery cost

Exostar only accepts orders from 20€

Exostar also offers theFREE in-store collection by appointment(Click & Collect) in our store Star Massena in Paris 13^th.

   

3. Shipping and delivery times.

Once the order is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

After shipping, your order will be loaded by Chronofresh, and Chronofresh is committed to a delivery time within 1 - 2 working days,and you will receive an email from Chronofresh which will then send you your package number and the expected date for your delivery. You can track your package at any time by clicking on the link sent in this email.

In this same email, you can also modify BEFORE MIDNIGHT your delivery date, your delivery address if it turns out that you are no longer available on the date mentioned and/or at this address.
