Angel hair which is better known as Banh Hoi is a dish of thin woven rice noodles. Its texture and taste quite similar to vermicelli, by distinction fresh banh hoi is thin and soft. It can be eaten with grilled pork but also with chao tom (shrimp paste molded around a sugar cane stick), all with a spicy fish sauce.
