Shrimp dumplings are called "Ha Kao" in France. “Ha Kao” are the most famous Dim Sum. The dough is made from wheat starch which makes it translucent when steamed. Traditionally, the dough contains pork fat. What is stuffed in the dumplings is a mixture of shrimp, bamboo shoots and pork fat.
