Product description

Sticky rice with different treasures, or Bánh nếp lá sen, is a fragrant Vietnamese specialty, wrapped in a lotus leaf. Its soft sticky rice base is topped with shrimp, taro, shiitake mushrooms, peas, lotus seeds, garlic and shallots, for a rich, sweet and delicately aromatic flavor.

Use

Ideal as a hot dish, savory snack or accompaniment to an Asian meal. The lotus leaf brings a characteristic fragrant note, while the varied filling offers a generous and tasty texture.

Preparation Tips

Without defrosting the product, then reheat with steam for about 5 minutes, until the rice is hot and tender. Serve hot, directly in the opened lotus leaf.
