The Pangasius appears to the family of Pangasiidaes. This fish is related to catfish, is high majority in fish farming and can be found in freshwater. The peculiarity of Panga is that the taste of its flesh is little pronounced which places Westerners. The Panga brings fewer protein than other fish can bring. It brings little calorie that is to say 66 kcal at 100 g. Ideal for overweight and cholesterol cases. Unlike other white fish, it contains much less Omega 3. Its mineral and trace elements are not high, but contributes to the intake of phosphorus, iodine and select. This fish also provides many vitamins from Group B.
