The straw mushroom is grown in East Asia and southeast, it is often used in Chinese cuisine recipes but usually in Asian plasters. This fungus is little caloric and poor in sodium. However, it is rich in minerals, trace elements and vitamins B and D. The fibers present in this fungus promote the proper functioning of the intestine.
