Indian mackerel is a fish found in the same family as tuna, it is in high demand for its meat and it is found in salt water. This fish is rich in B vitamins and vitamin D, minerals like selenium, iron and iodine. And it contains a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. Used in many recipes, it can also be smoked.
