The Encornet or Calamar brings a lot of protein, nearly 16 g to 100 g. As much to say that it is almost as much as some cattle meats. Its flesh poor in fat. Only 1.5 g of lipids, essentially unsaturated fatty acids, called "good fats" and especially omega-3. The recipes in the presence of the still fails!
