The vegetarian Nem Royal is a crispy roll made from fillet rice paper, topped with a generous mixture of vegetables, vermicelli, black mushrooms, taro and herbs. Its openwork texture becomes golden and particularly crispy after cooking, for a light, tasty and 100% vegetarian bite.

Ideal as a starter, as an aperitif or in an Asian assortment. Serve hot with salad, fresh herbs and a sweet spicy sauce, to rediscover the spirit of Vietnamese spring rolls at home.
